HBKsaar beteiligt sich am internationalen Studentenfilmfestival Early Melons

Das XMLab der HBKsaar beteiligt sich mit dem Videokunst-Workshop "Videomat" am internationalen Studentenfilmfestival Early Melons in Bratislava. Early Melons bietet dem Nachwuchsfilm vor allem aus osteuropäischen Ländern eine Plattform und zeigt neben Videokunst auch Film und Fotografie. Die 4. Ausgabe des Festivals findet vom 16. - 20. März statt; Tutoren des Videokunst-Workshops sind die HBKsaar-Dozenten Mert Akbal und Jan Tretschok.
The International Student Film Festival Early Melons is an artistic event, focusing on various aspects of young art, connected with cinematography. The main aim of the festival is to present European student cinematography from the latest period with a special emphasis on films from region of V4. The Festival continually develops promotion and support of European student film production. It is a free platform for people who desire to understand the world through film, video-art and photography. Early Melons contributes to the distribution of student film to local and foreign audiences. 4th edition will take place from 16th-20th March, 2011 in Bratislava, Slovakia.
