We will reinterpret and digitize historic typefaces as part of a research program of the ANRT Nancy in collaboration with schools in Mulhouse, Valence, Mainz, and Saarebruck. Jérôme Knebusch identified almost 40 typefaces (Fere-Humanistica, Gotico-Antiqua, Halbgotische) between the Roman and Gothic style that we want to revive. No previous knowledge in typeface design needed. Bring your own laptop and sketching tools/paper.
